Patrick opened his own pizza and deli business due to a passion for the restaurant industry. Growing up as one of 12 children, with parents who owned a restaurant, he was exposed to the world of food service from a very young age. With a strong desire to establish his own pizza and deli, Patrick seized the opportunity when it came his way.

The existing restaurant had a long history in the community and had been greatly missed. The neighbors, the community residents, friends, and family support this endeavor. It is just a convenient location to grab something on the go, to meet friends for a quick bite, to grab food for a night in with the family, or for community events, even to cater a party.

In any event, Patrick, Chef Ben and our expert pizza crafters are determined to revive the business and fill the void left by its absence. In Patrick's vision, his business is more than just a place to eat; it is a commitment to provide exceptional products, fresh ingredients, and excellent service.
